Dr. Warren is a board certified Otolaryngologist and fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1984. He went on to complete his residency in 1990 from Washington University/Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He joined the staff of Boulder Valley Ear, Nose, and Throat in 1990 and served as chief of medical staff at Avista from 1992-1993. In addition, he served as chief of surgery at Boulder Community Hospital from 1998-2002. His special interests include head and neck surgery, treatment of head and neck cancer, and general otolaryngology.
Dr. Morrissey is a board certified Otolaryngologist. He received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Colorado, Denver in 1994. He went on to complete his residency in 1999 from the Oregon Health Science University in Portland. He joined the staff of Boulder Valley Ear, Nose, and Throat in 2000. He has been a member of the Cancer Committee Medical Executive Committee and served as chief of surgery at Boulder Community Hospital from 2004 -2006. He is currently chairman of the surgery department at Avista Hospital. Dr. Morrissey is the Otolaryngologist for the U.S. rugby team. His special interests include endocrine surgery, sinus surgery, facial trauma, and treatment of pediatric patients.
Dr. Andrew Goldman is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon, specializing exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive-surgical and non-surgical treatments for the face and neck. After training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious University Hospital in Bern, Switzerland, he served as assistant professor in New York City educating residents in facial plastic surgery. While in New York, his surgical experience was as varied as it was voluminous in both cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery. He uses these skills every day to educate his patients and is distinguished by his bedside manner. To further complement his surgical practice, Dr. Goldman founded the Laser and Cosmetic Associates of Boulder for non-surgical therapies using medical grade laser and skin care.
